Work is delivered in your Figma workspace, your file structure, your naming conventions. We check in through your preferred communication channel: Slack, email, whatever you use.

You deliver the work with VenNexis credited as your design partner. We stay available for revisions and follow-up, and join client conversations whenever you want us there.

What agencies ask before partnering.

As your design partner, openly. You make the introduction on your terms, and many agencies bring us straight into client workshops and design reviews. We work under mutual NDA, deliver in your file formats, and never contact your client outside the channels you set up. The relationship, and the commercials, stay contractually yours.
Yes. We are introduced as your design partner. Many agencies bring us into client workshops and design reviews directly; it usually strengthens the pitch. What never changes: the relationship is contractually yours. We do not sell to your client or take work direct.
We do not have a hard minimum. The practical floor is a brief that requires at least a week of design work, below that, the context-gathering and handoff overhead makes it less efficient for both sides. Most agency briefs are 3–12 weeks of design work. We discuss the specific brief and propose accordingly.
Typically 48 hours from receiving the brief under NDA. If you need a faster response to pitch to your client, let us know when you send the brief and we will prioritise accordingly.
For established partner agencies with regular briefs, we can agree standing rates to simplify the commercial side. For new agency relationships, we propose per-project. After a few projects, most clients move to a standing arrangement that works for your billing cycles.
